We liked our stay at the hotel. it was very comfortable and well located, however it looked like it could use a lift.The staff was very kind and welcoming, however could have been a little more hoenst regarding a guide for a tour of the medina.

The location of the hotel to the Medina was great. Also, the appearance upon entering the hotel made you feel like you were in an actual palace.

The room itself was not worth the money paid. The bed was very uncomfortable and literally as hard as a rock. The front desk staff were also extremely unhelpful. Due to the volcano in Iceland, we were unable to reach the hotel on the first day of our reservation. However, we called that day and spoke to three different people letting them know our situation and which day we would be arriving. When we arrived, they said they had no rooms available for us or even record of our booking. They did not attempt to accommodate us in any way and treated us as if it were our fault. The next day we checked out and headed to the Royal Mirage-- great pool, rooms, and service. The Medina was a $2 (15 mad) cab ride away. stay there instead!

The rooms were nicely decorated and modern with a balcony. Cereals and cheese were a stand out. - It had a central location close to Ensemble Artisanal. - the service was efficient. - the pool was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed with the service.

The carpet in the halls outside the rooms was very very tired. There were many places where there were holes worn out through the carpet.

The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The breakfast is super and delicious, delightful food...

The brand-new double room was great, we would have loved to stay longer. the location was good, we could walk everywhere, including to the Moroccan restaurant for dinner. - the traditional restaurant offered a variety of delicious food options.

If you have time for swimming, which we didn't, the hotel had a nice pool. Also, the wait staff at breakfast was excellent.

The room itself was pretty run-down for a luxury hotel. A big block of the base of the bathtub had broken off and you could see the bottom of the tub under the concrete. Both days there were no towels in the rooms and we had to ask for them and wait a long time before they arrived. Welcomed by a snooty staff member at reception. Surprised to see store-bought nonfresh orange juice at breakfast, when every other hotel we stayed in on this vacation, including the cheapest hotel, served freshly squeezed orange juice.

I enjoyed the confort of the room and the nice staff. Also people I met there.

The hotel was very easy to locate and was in a quiet area of Fez. The room was very well appointed and the staff extremely attentive as is usual in Morocco. For the price paid for the room it was extremely good vaue. The hotel is clean, the grounds well cared for. Perfect

This place offers a great breakfast with yummy cereals and cheese. the rooms are modern and fancy, each having a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and even a bidet. It's situated in a convenient spot in the New Town, making it super easy to navigate around here. 🌟

There was really silence in surrounding area, big garden around the whole hotel komplex. Very safety they controlled all cars which coming to the hotel area. Nice relax when you return from fussy and noisy old town (Medina).

I feel that they make differences among tourists who were at the breakfast. Breakfast was included in the prize so I do not understand why we have to wait for the waiters for bringing a coffe or tea. If there were people from arabic country they were served faster and better. And other things the waiters did not understand in english very well, there was problem with communication only their boss spoke much better. A lot of times we got cup of coffe or without spoon. We booked our reservation for the fix prize for each day and when we payed the receptionist said they make prize according the movement of euro, what does it mean? I make a reservation also with taxes so how they can to modified this prize? I understand it.
